Can I come to you by car
We are difficult to reach by car between June 2024 and March 2025 due to road works at Noordeinde in Leiden. We strongly recommend that you park your car directly at the Haagweg car park, Haagweg 8 in Leiden. This is a guarded public car park approximately 800 meters from the hotel. The free shuttle bus takes you to the hotel. Take your entry ticket with you and purchase an exit ticket from us at a reduced rate when you check out.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Because our building has monument status, it is unfortunately not possible to install a lift. Our experience is that the stairs are wide enough with sufficient grip. Our employees will of course be happy to help you with your luggage.
Does the hotel have a bar?
Yes, our hotel has a bar, with service until 11pm. Our Self Service corner is open 24/7.
Does the hotel have a business center or print / copy service?
It is possible to have copies or prints made through the Front Office.
Does the hotel have meeting facilities?
Our meeting room The Blue Room is decorated in old-Dutch style and can accommodate up to 15 people. There is plenty of daylight, WiFi, a wireless projector (click share), flipchart and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
We are a completely non-smoking hotel.
What time can I check in and do I have to check out?
Check-in is possible from 3 pm.
Check-out is until 11 am at the latest.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out?
You can leave your luggage with us, inquire at our reception.
Can I rent a bicycle at the hotel?
We can provide traditional bicycles and electric bicycles for you. We request that you inform us at least 2 days before arrival, so that we have the bicycle ready for you on time.
Can I check in before 3 p.m. or leave my luggage?
You can check in before 3 p.m. If your room is not yet available, you can leave your luggage with us.
Can I buy tickets at the reception?
You can contact us for various museums and sights in Leiden and the surrounding area. Please contact our reception for the possibilities.
Can I bring my dog?
Small and medium sized dogs are welcome. The number of rooms is limited and there is a surcharge for your dog. Please note that your dog cannot be left alone in the room during your stay. A maximum of 2 dogs per room. Do you register your dog immediately when booking?
Can we have an extra bed in the room?
No, extra beds are not possible.
